Built in 1960. Equipped with guns. Has got brackets for RR8311-100 air sampling pods on the forward fuselage like an An-12RR, but lacking the sensor pod of the An-12RR. Has a small polar bear badge under the cockpit so it may have been based at Norilsk, Later operated by 11 Apso at Bratsk.

Previously in the standard red/yellow colour scheme, this Wilga was first seen a more military camouflage paint scheme in July 2000. The code later changed to 38, before it ended up on the civil aircraft register.
