This aircaft flew for the 445th FlightTest Squadron based at Edwards AFB, CA before being retired to AMARG during Dec. 04 where she is stored with the PCN/Inventory No. AAFH0131.

Later with the Georgia Air National Guard, this early Eagle was retired to AMARC Mar 4, 1992.

One of the first F-15 to be operated in Europe

Eagle with the 426th Tactical Fighter Training Squadron. It would become the 405 Tactical Training Wing commander's aircraft before February 1983. Later to the 101st Fighter Squadron in Massachusetts before returning to Arizona for storage in March 1992.

All of the early production F-15 Eagles up to the seventh built have been preserved. After its service as a developmental aircraft this one went on to be painted in a special blue and white colour scheme and is now displayed at the USAF Personnel Recruiting Office, St. Louis, MO
