This C-47 was built as a C-47B-16-DK at Oklahoma City and TOC with the USAF in December 1944. It was converted twice, firstly in September 1954 to a C-47D and then around 1956 an executive interior was fitted to make it a VC-47D. In July 1971 it was transferred to the Chanute Air Force Base Training Center at Rantoul and used as an instructional airframe. It joined this museum in 1993 but was offered for sale as scrap in September 2017, two years after the museum closed.

This Aardvark was built as a F-111A and was accepted into the USAF in February 1965 . It was loaned to General Dynamics to be used as a test bed for the MK-1 NAV/Attack system and thento to Pratt and Whitney as an engine/intake test bed. In December 1969 it was transported by ground to 3345th Maintenance and Supply Group (Air Training Command) at Chanute AFB and re-designated as a GF-111A. By 1974 it was retired and on display at the base, formerly joining the Octave Chanute Museum in 1993. After the museum closed the plane found a new home at the Lake County Veterans Memorial at Waukegan, IL.

Unfortunately the Chanute museum had already closed for good and all its exhibits were being disposed of. Due to the kindness of one of the administrators I was allowed an hour to have a look around. This F-4 first flew in September 1963 and was used, in the first part of its service life, as a test aircraft, for example in the development of the J79 engine. In June 1978 it was transferred to Chanute Technical Training Center (Air Training Command) at Chanute AFB but SOC in May 1985 and placed on display. Fortunately it is now on display at the Regional Military Museum in Houma, LA.

This 343 was delivered to Iberia in May 1998 and is pictured vacating rw32L after another flight. The plane flew its whole commercial life with the airline until it was retired fom the fleet and stored at MAD from November 2016 for one year. It was then ferried to Castellón (CDT / LECH) and subsequently srapped.

This frame was delivered to Air China in December 2006. It received these 'Zichen Hao (Capital Pavilion Liner, also called Blue Peony)' special colours in September 2008 until October 2018, when it was painted into the Star Alliance scheme. The plane has been stored since February 2021.

This 320 was originally delivered to Aeroflot in May 2011. It was withdrawn in June 2020 and stored at OSR. However, in December 2021 it was ferried Ostrava (OSR) - Reykjavik (KEF) - Bangor (BGR) - Chino (CNO) where it is currently stored.

This plane originally flew with Ryanair as EI-EFA from May 2009 until withdrawal from the fleet in April 2016. Two months later it was flying with Ukraine International but has been stored at OSR since May 2020.

This 320 was originally delivered to Aeroflot in December 2008 and wore 'Sochi 2014' special colours from June 2012 until December 2014. It was withdrawn in September 2020, initially stored at Jinan - Yaoqiang (TNA / ZSJN) but ferried to OSR in March 2021. The plane was then reconfigured and repainted for Ural Airlines and delivered to Yekaterinburg (Sverdlovsk) - Koltsovo (SVX / USSS) two weeks after this picture was taken.
