The Italian Air Force provided a wonderful surprise at the 65th anniversary air show of the Frecce Tricolori. The stage was set for a joint appearance by an F-35A and an F-35B, which kicked off their show with a fantastic break.

The Generation 5 was also represented at the 65th anniversary air show of the Frecce Tricolori.

Wolf is a Cameri FACO built Lightning II (FMS serial 22-5760) was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (KLu, Royal Netherlands Air Force) on 23 November 2024. Although still unmarked, it flies with the Tiger Squadron since that moment.

This Cameri FACO built F-35A (FMS serial 20-5663) took the skies for the first time on 1 December 2022.It was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (KLu, Royal Netherlands Air Force) on 23 November 2024. Although still unmarked, it flies with 313 Squadron at Volkel air base. It is here rolling to the runway of Volkel for a Steadfast Noon exercise sortie.

This Cameri FACO built F-35A (FMS serial 22-5838) was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht on 31 Jul'24. It was first assigned to 312sqn, but late 2024 moved to Leeuwarden with 322sqn. As the aircraft is unmarked, it us unclear to what Squadron it is assigned when the picture was made. Pictured from the rear, you have a clear view on the removable aerodynamic drag chute housing. It is positioned on that way, that the 5th gen fighter is not loosing any of its stealth capacity. It is developed with LM and Norway to land land the aircraft on short, icy runways. The Dutch bought the system too.

It is seen while landing at Volkel (homebase of 312 and 313 Squadron) with upcoming Indian Summer colors in the trees in the back-ground.

This Cameri FACO built F-35A (FMS serial 19-5529, was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (KLu, Royal Netherlands Air Force) on 8 April 2022. It was assigned to 313 Squadron at Volkel, but swapped through 2022 between 313 and 322 Squadron at Leeuwarden. Remained with 322 from 25 November 2022, and returned to 313 on 28 May 2024, where it still flies up to the date of this photo. F-026 received the name LINK (visible on its nosewheeldoor) and is seen here returning from a Steadfast Noon exercise mission to its homebase Volkel.
