Aerowings was an airline based in Antigua. It was founded in 2001 and was wound up in 2004. This ex Skyjet DC-10 was their only aircraft (acquired Apr 2002. Actual flight ops were very ad-hoc and limited to a period between Apr and Oct 2002. It seemed to spend most of its time parked up at various airports around Europe such as Maastricht (Netherlands), Nimes (France), Charleroi (Belgium) and Geneva (Switzerland). It went to Astra Airlines in Oct 2002 and Air Mali Dec 2002. Ferried to and stored at Miami-Opa Locka 9 Feb 2003. Noted there Apr 2006 still as V2-SKY and still in the above livery.

Delivered new to Mexicana in December 1981(N1003W). Subleased To Aeronaves del Peru from May until August 1993. Sold to Sun Country in January 1995. Scrapped at Greenwood (MS) in 2002.

Acquired May 97 ex Aeromexico N1003N. Withdrawn from service and stored circa Jun 2001.
