Delivered to Kuwait Airways as 9K-AFD in 1981. To Syrianair as YK-AGF in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Damascus by 2004. Still there in 2009. Probably later scrapped.

Government of Kuwait cols and with a 'Do not forget our P.O.Ws' banner relating to Kuwaiti prisoners of war still held in Iraq after the First Gulf War. This aircraft went to the USA as N169KT in Mar 2000. To Strong Aviation BVI in Apr 2012 as M-FTOH. Stored at Kemble (UK) in 2016.

This 727 was originally delivered to Kuwait Airways/State of Kuwait in September 1980 as 9K-AFA and served as a VIP transport. After the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait it was commandeered for use by the Iraqi Government before being returned in February 1991. Al Futtooh Investments Co. acquired the aircraft in March 2000 as N169KT followed by Strong Aviation in April 2012 as M-FTOH. The registration was cancelled in July 2016 and the plane is now stored at Kemble.

Seen here in a typical view from atop the Emmantina Hotel as she completes her approach to r/w 33R, this 727 was delivered in 9.80 and after use by the Kuwait government, was sold as N169KT in 3.00 and became M-FTOH in 4.12
