In the summer of 1986, Twenthe-based 315 Squadron were in transition from flying NF-5s to F-16s, with examples of both types active and displaying the squadron's lion's head badge

Pictured over Springfield (OH) when the Dutch used the base for their F-16 training. J-369 (FMS serial 84-1369) was built by Fokker and delivered as F-16B Block 15 to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht on 4 March 1987. It was converted to F-16BM in a midlife update in Februry 1998 and was deployed to Springfield from April 2007. When the Dutch stopped their training in Ohio, the aircraft was transferred to the 148th FS at Tucson in January 2013. The US squadron is used by the KLu for F-16 training. J-369 was damaged when it struck a cable in Black Canyon (AZ). It survived the impact and was repaired.

Destroyed 24 April 2002 when crashed at Sellingen (NL) in collision with Ikarus ULM. One of the pilots, Captain Luc Viane, didn't survive the crash, nor did the ULM pilot. The other F-16 pilot, Cmdt. Martin Levicar, survived with minor injuries.

Painted in commemorative colours for the RNoAF's 50th anniversary in 1994. The national inisignia on the wings, is the one used by the Army and Navy Air Forces until they were amalgamated into the Royal Norwegian Air Force in 1944.

The 120 As and 30 Bs were delivered under the Peace Fenghuang FMS programme. 6803 is assigned to the 21st Tactical Fighter Group (21st TFG) that is commanded by the 4th Tactical Fighter Wing (4th TFW) / (455th TFW) at Chiayi. Most Taiwanese F-16s will be modified to F-16V. This 6803 was modified in 2021 and did not receive a dual seat designation.

The 120 As and 30 Bs were delivered under the Peace Fenghuang FMS programme. 6814 carries no unit marking on the intake, but is clearly assigned to 4th Tactical Fighter Wing (4th TFW) / (455th TFW) at Chiayi.
