This Skyhawk was built as a TA-4F and delivered to the US Navy as 153500. It was converted to TA-4J, after operational service stored at AMARC with inventory code 3A0614 in September 1991 and then sold to Israel with serial 748 in July 1994. In 2001, the TA-4J was to sold the US based Advanced Training Systems International (ATSI) as N251WL. The unmarked aircraft was delivered with two other surplus IAF A-4s via Malta to the States. They were parked on the static display. It was again sold, this time to Top Aces Corp in February 2016. In March 2018 the registration was cancelled. Fate unknown

Former Israeli Air Force serial 444 (FMS serial 159545) of 140sq was sold to the US based Advanced Training Systems International (ATSI) as N262WL. The unmarked A-4N Ayit was delivered with two other surplus IAF A-4s via Malta to the States. They were parked on the static display. In 2015, this A-4 was sold to Draken International, another US private aggressor company.

Former Israeli Air Force serial 344 (FMS serial 159523, delivered 21 Nov'74) was sold to the US based Advanced Training Systems International (ATSI) as N262WL. The unmarked A-4N Ayit was delivered with two other surplus IAF A-4s via Malta to the USA. They were parked on the static display. The Ayit did not survived as it expercienced a loss of engine power which resulted in a crash into the Great Salt Lake (UT) on 10 May'03. The pilot ejected but due to a failed parachute, the pilot and ejection seat simultaneously impacted the water very close together. No parachute was observed.
