Former Israeli Air Force serial 444 (FMS serial 159545) of 140sq was sold to the US based Advanced Training Systems International (ATSI) as N262WL. The unmarked A-4N Ayit was delivered with two other surplus IAF A-4s via Malta to the States. They were parked on the static display.
