From my collection, photographer unknown, aircraft was delivered to Eastern Air Lines as N828D in Dec 1957 and operated by them until early 1965, before being sold to Transair Sweden as SE-ERG, wfu Aug 1968 and b/u MMX in 1969.

from my collection, photographer unknown, delivered to Swissair as HB-IBM Jan 1957, purchased by Riddle Airlines in Apr 1962 and converted to freighter, with ONA between Apr 1962 and Jul 1964, then operated by Shannon Air as EI-ANM until 1966. Returned to USA and lsd to Airlift International for a year as N302G again, owned by F.B.Ayer. Had different lessors onwards and is believed to have been w/o in Colombia sometime in 1979.

from my collection, photographer not known, the aircraft was in service with Pan American World Airways between 1956 and 1966 as N723PA, was reregd. as N7326A for Aero Management and then leased to Air Trans Africa as VP-WAJ for the summer season 1966 and came to Trans Europa in June 1967. As it is carrying dual registrations, the photo date might be quite correct. Wfu and b/u late 1974.

from my collection, photographer unknown, aircraft built and delivered to American Airlines as N308AA in 1953, operated with Overseas National Airlines from 1959 until being sold to Overseas Airways as N308A in Dec 1963. Sold to Ostermanair Charter as SE-CNG in April 1964 and transferred to Internord late 1965. Retired two years later and b/u in June 1968.

Negative from FNG Archive. While operating a cargo flight from Frankfurt to Stuttgart in poor weather fog persisted at the destination in combination with partly unservicable approach lights and an unreliable glide slope. Letting down below minima the aircraft struck ground shortly before and north of the threshold tearing off the complete undercarriage and #3 engine. Surprisingly a go around could be initiated and the flight was diverted to Nuremberg were a belly landing was carried out on the foamed runway. Subsequently scrapped. Note escape rope from cockpit window and feathered #2 engine.
