The FAA hangar at JFK was converted into the North Passenger Terminal in the 1960's for use by charter and supplemental airlines.

Served Capitol from new in July 1969 until destroyed after aborted take-off and overrunning runway at Anchorage on 27 November 1970.

Delivered new to Trans World in April 1958. Served Capitol from November 1961 until retired in July 1972. It is operating a transatlantic passenger charter flight from Ringway in 1963.
