Delivered to Atlas Air in May 1999. Leased to Global Supply Systems (operating for British Airways) as G-GSSA in January 2002. Back to Atlas Air in December 2011 before going to Etihad Cargo in February 2015. Back to Atlas Air in January 2017 and at the time of the upload its status is retired.

Originally delivered to EVA Air in July 2000 and withdrawn from use in December 2017. Joined the Atlas Air fleet in March 2018.

Delivered to Airtours International Airways as G-DIMB in April 1997. Leased to MyTravel, Garuda and Monarch over the span of many years. In March 2010 the aircraft became G-TCCB with Thomas Cook. Withdrawn from use in November 2017. Acquired by Atlas Air in November 2017 and ferried to Tel Aviv for cargo conversion. The aircraft joined the Amazon Prime Air fleet in November 2018.

Delivered to Aeroflot in September 2004 as EI-CKE. To TWA in January 2000 as N639TW. Transferred to American in December 2001. To Varig in August 2003 as PP-VTE (leased from EuroAtlantic). To STP Airways in December 2009 as S9-DBY, operating for Cubana between July and September 2009. Back to EuroAtlantic in October 2009, after which it was leased to Med-View, Sunwing and flynas until the aircraft was withdrawn from use in October 2017. Picked up by Atlas Air in December 2017 and converted to a freighter by Bedek (Israel). Re-registered to N1619A. Operating for Prime Air since September 2018.

Originally delivered to Asiana in March 1995 as HL7249. To Southern Winds as TF-ARB in September 2002 after a few months as N265LF with ILFC. Became CC-CEN with LAN Chile in October 2003, to LAN Airlines in September 2004. Transferred to LAN Argentina in July 2006 as LV-BFD. Back to LAN Airlines in March 2008 as CC-CXL, later becoming LATAM Airlines Chile. To Atlas Air in June 2016 as N639GT. Converted to cargo in April 2017 and reregistered N1361A. Joined the Amazon Prime Air fleet in August 2017.
