On 27 November 1992, a failed coup d'etat attempt was made in Venezuela, with involvement from the air force on both sides. Twenty years later, a commemoration parade was organised in which this K-8 would participate, among many other aircraft. This picture was made during one of the rehearsals for the air parade. Venezuelan air force serials were allocated more or less randomly, although 0507 seems to be connected to Venezuelan Independence Day on 5 July.
