Ala 14 is one of Spain's combat wings, flying the Eurofighter EF-2000 Typhoon (or Tifón in Spanish) from Albacete since 2013. The wing was founded in 1974 and previously flew the Mirage F1. The badge of the wing consists of the famous Don Quijote, a fictious literary character which came to live in 1605. C.16-36 with code 14-36 is seen here taxiing toward the runway at Fairford, after RIAT 2025 has come to an end.

It depicts three birds and their motto "Vista, Suerte Y al Toro" (meaning sight, luck and to the bull). Gando, Canary Islands, is home of exercise Ocean Sky, where C.16-22 with code 11-22 was pictured whilst returning from a mission.
