Guarding the gate at Mohammed Bun Yamin air base on Sumatra, is one of the two TA-4J obtained in the USA in 1998, this one is ex US Navy 154315. They were refurbished in New Zealand by Safe Air Ltd at Blenheim and made some test flights there before their delivery. After re-assembly in September they were incorporated by Skadron Udara 11 on 1 October 1999. TL-0418 used to be preserved 10 kilometres to the North in Menggala, but relocated to the air base at Gunung Batin by March 2024 receiving a fresh coat of paint in the process.
