Flying past at Aero India 2023 with similar camo splinter patterns, these Light Utility Helicopters are slowly increasing in number. Intended to replace the Chetak and Cheetah, manufacture will get a boost after inauguration of HAL's largest Helicopter Facility in Tumkuru on 06 Feb 2023 by Prime Minister Modi. The LUH features a glass cockpit, is in the 3-ton category and powered by a single Shakti 1U turboshaft engine developed from the Safran Ardiden 1U. It has a service ceiling of 6500 m.

Ex USAAF 44-76488, delivered on 19 Mar'45, 2 days later to RAF Montreal as KN397 on where it ended up with 12MU at Oakington on 8 Sep'47. It became G-AMSV in May'52, then N347DK in Feb'08. Sold to Rajeev Chandrasekhar in 2011 and donated by him to the Indian AF Vintage Flight at AFS Hindon on 13 Feb'18. It received serial VP905, the same as the first C-47 in Indian service that transported the troops in 1947. It departed the UK on delivery to India on 17 Apr'18, arriving there on 26 Apr'18. It is named Parashurama, the sixth avatar among the Dashavatara of the preserver god Vishnu in Hinduism

The Sarang (in English 'Peacock') is the Indian Air Force helicopter air display team that flies modified HAL Dhruv helicopters. The team is part of the 151 Helicopter Unit based at Sulur.

Inside one of the halls at Aero India, this Tejas Mk.1 was displayed. Of note is the Russian R-73 (NATO reporting name AA-11 Archer) short-range air-to-air missile underneath the wing. The Tejas can be equipped with customer specific / required wiring, so Indian, Russian and Western (weapon) systems can be carried.

Flying past with the G20 flag, of which India holds the presidency, during rehearsals for Aero India 2023. Written below the G20 logo in Devanagari script is "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" or "the World is one Family", with the theme "One Earth · One Family · One Future". This helicopter belongs to 112HU "Thoroughbreds". Raised at Jorhat on 01 Aug 1963, the unit previously flew the Bell 47G, Chetak and Mi-8. It was awarded the President's Standard on 11 Mar 2014 for exceptional service during war and peace.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) developed this Hawk I as an upgrade package for the existing fleet of some 120 Hawks Mk132s in the service of the IAF. The original British missions computers are replaced in this prototype with Indian ones and HAL turned the Hawk-i into a specific close air support weapon with seven hardpoints for indigenous weapons, including two for the ASRAAM short-range air to air missiles for self-defence. The IAF made not yet a decision for converting their fleet of Hawk advanced trainers into a combat-ready fighter.

This Indian Apache most probably belongs to the 125 Squadron "Gladiators" based at AFS Pathankot. It carries serial 154811 underneath the front cockpit window, referring to its FMS serial 15-4811. The Longbow Apache was delivered to India in September 2019. The helicopter is equipped with (dummy) Stinger missiles on top of its left wing.

With the LY prefix of its IAF serial covered, this BAe125 is used for radar flight trials (as indicated by its titles), possibly by Zephyr Aerospace Private Limited from Coimbatore, India. The company modified the aircraft with what most probably is a Mirage 2000 nose section, in which a new EASA radar is tested.
