The winner of Royal Aero Club (UK) competition for a new trainer. Designed by Henry Millicer. VH-FMM was wooden construction and first flew in March 1959. Production rights picked by Victa, of Sydney. Millicer redesigned it as an all-metal aircraft for Victa and 170 were built. VH-FMM now owned by Museums Victoria
