Pictured getting some work done by Pacific Avionics, this Stationair had finished some 2 1/2 years with Central Mountain Air. Soon to leave for Whitehorse, the aircraft would spend the next thirty years in the Yukon with BC Yukon Airways (1986-1989) and Alkan Airways (1989-2017). It's still on the Canadian registry privately owned at the time of uploading.

Four of the RAF's Andover CC Mk 2s were loaned to the Queen's Flight. Two (XS789 and XS790) were delivered straight from the production line. XS793 came from the Middle East Communications Squadron in 1968. The fourth, XS794, was an Abingdon VIP aircraft that was loaned to Queen's Flight on several occasions. The Andovers were gradually replaced by BAe-146s beginning in 1986.
