First flew in May 1956 and became XF515 with the RAF. To G-KAXF in December 1995.

Its initial history is not clear to me, but apparently stored at Barstow-Daggett (CA) between 1975 and 1980. For sale as a project. Trucked to Tahoe in 1980 for restoration; parts were sourced from 45-49192/N47DD and a wing from South America. the final result was given the ID of 45-49192/N47DD. The frame exchanged owners while still being restored (70% completed by 1984). First flight was in August 1985 as N(X)47DD. Shipped to Duxford in early 1986. Became G-THUN in June 1999. Back to the US as N147PF between July 2006 - February 2018. Back to the UK in February 2018 as N147PF.

Ex 43-2885 with the US Army Air Force. To the RAF as FT144. To the Royal Netherlands Air Force as B-59. Operated by the Navy between 1946 and 1949 as L-5. Became PH-KLU in August 1974 and never left the country or took up another registration. It has been painted in several military liveries for various purposes. Based at Oostwold since 2014.

Ex 20255 with the Canadian Armed Forces. Later to a private owner as N305GS. Exported to Germany in January 1998 to become D-FUKK.

Ex WG655 with the Royal Navy. To Hawker Siddeley in 1957 as G-9-65. Later also became D-CACU. It crashed at RNAS Yeovilton on July 14, 1990 after engine trouble. during the attempted belly landing, it hit a tree and broke in 2 pieces, with lots of additional damage. It was deemed unrepairable and the remains were sent to New Zealand. The wing folding mechanism ended up in ZK-FSR. The aircraft was later restored in the US as N20MD, which was completed in May 2005. Sold to The Fighter Collection in 2009 and became G-CHFP in April 2012. Sold to a new owner in July 2018 as G-INVN. It was seriously damaged, possibly beyond repair, in a crash landing in a wood at Button End in Harston, Cambridgeshire on 4th August 2020

Always one of my favorite displays at the airshow. Ex 42-16482 with the USAAF. Had become N49943 by January 1964. Sold to the UK and reregistered G-IIYI in August 2018.

Together with PH-OUQ/MK732/3W-17, G-ASJV/MH434/ZD-B and G-LFVB/EP120/AE-A.

Joined the USAF around 1967 as 67-21300. Later to the US Navy as 721300. Left the fleet in 1990. To N590D in 1992. Based at Teuge (EHTE) since 2013.

Ex 5632 with the South African Air Force. To private oweners from 1954. Shipped to Australia in 1976. Shipped to the UK in 1986, where it became G-BRSF.

Ex 42-89949 with the USAAC. To a private owner in 1990 as N71502.

Receiving the applause of the crowd, as well as being the subject of many photographers.

Ex 82 with the French Air Force. Became G-CCVH in 2004. Shipped to the USA for restoration as N80FR. Reregisetred G-CCVH again in March 2005 as it joined The Fighter Collection.
