The aircraft received a most modern upgrade in the 2021/2022 time frame and was first reported as a F-16 Block 72 in September 2022.

Normally the digits are painted in light grey.

This Fort Worth-LMTAS built F-16C Block 52+ CF (Conformal Fuel, is an aircraft delivered in the Peace Xenia IV program. The Fighting Falcon was delivered through Lajes/Azores in February 2010. On the back-ground three Romanian F-16s are awaiting pilots for their next mission.
