Pictured about to touch and go from rw18. AHA is relatively quiet early in the morning (until the scheduled stuff starts to arrive from the mainland) and so this time presents the perfect opportunity to bash out some circuits.

Registered new on 8 August 2007.

This aircraft pushed back and taxied to the active, but then returned to its gate for unknown reasons. Seen here after second push back. Futura ceased operations just over a month later and the frame subsequently went to India's JetKonnect and Jet Airways as VT-JLH. After Jet's failure, the aircraft went to Ukraine's SkyUp Airlines as UR-SQI in late 2019.

Originally delivered to United Airlines as N954UA, but later flew with CanJet Airlines as C-FDCU, and FlyLAL and most recently, SCAT Air, as UP-B3722. Seen here taxiing out for departure to Vilnius.

The Fokker 50 was retired by KLM Cityhopper within a year or two of this photo being taken. This one was delivered on 15 October 1990 and was stored in December 2008. It was then converted into a freighter and flew with Italy's Miniliner as I-MLDT until 2015 and is currently flying with Jetways Airlines in Kenya as 5Y-JWB.

Seen pulling into a gate below the great observation terrace at AMS. This aircraft has since been retired by BA and was sold to Cobham Aviation Services of Australia, where it was re-registered as VH-NJP.
