One of a number of Trainers at Falcon Field still in the colours of defunct Airline Sabena.

Built in 1944 and retired here at Falcon Field this classic DC 3 sits next to four DC 4s that are in various condition. Note the Scottish Aviation Bulldog N686XX sheltering under it's wing, a very long way from home.

A rather faded looking Southwest 737 taxiis over the Bridge in strong morning sunshine, meanwhile in the background US Airways "Arizona" special scheme Airbus 319 N826AW sits on Stand.

Still looking in very good condition and stored on Falcon Field.

Built in 1957 this Classic DC 7 was converted into a Fire Water Bomber and painted into basic Delta Airlines colours minus the titles. It was not Airworthy at the time we visited but there were plans to get it airborne again in the near future.

Nice bright and colourfully painted helicopter.

This ATA 757-300 was Parked on a remote Stand all day so I was lucky to catch it departing in fading light just before I left for the day.

This 1977-model Archer was first registered in Australia, probably new, on 14 April 1978. Currently based at Essendon.

Go-cat on short final, Runway 34. This aircraft made its first flight on 18 September 2006 wearing the Airbus 'dealer's plate' F-WWDQ. It was delivered to Tiger Airways in Singapore on 10 October 2006 as 9V-TAG. Brought to Australia for the start of Tiger Australia and registered VH-VNB on 5 October 2007.

The 'City of Canberra' made the first ever non-stop England-Australia flight, on its delivery flight on 16 August 1989. The flight took 20 h 9 min from London to Sydney under the command of Captain David Massy-Greene. The aircraft previously wore the Boeing 'trade plate' registration of N6046P.
