The final act. The Super Constellation, marked with false registration 5T-TAF, had arrived in Malta in February 1968 and was impounded by the authorities. Sold by auction in 1972, it was transferred to the nearby village of Kirkop where it served for many years as the "Super Constellation Bar & Restaurant". Following many years of disuse, it was destroyed by arsonists on 30 January 1997.

This Saab 2000 first flew in August 1995 and was delivered to DBA a couple of months later. It flew with them until May 1997 when it went to Regional and then on to Lithuanian. Happy to see it is still current flying with Eastern as G-CFLV.
