Shooting Star J-342 today sits safe and sound under the roof of the Sala de Reactores (jet hangar), but in 1997 it was still sun bathing. It was formally taken on charge on 19 August 1958 by Grupo 7, went on to Grupo 12 and was withdrawn from use in 1973. After spending some time as gate guard at El Bosque it was displayed at the inaugural FIDA (now FIDAE) held at El Bosque in 1980 celebrating FACh's 50th birthday. It moved to Los Cerillos in the mid-eighties.

This Hunter was donated to Los Cerillos museum by presidential decree on 18 October 1989. Eight years later, it still looked decent enough despite the heat and sand.

Hunter 702 is former Belgian Air Force IF108 and was delivered to the FACh on 01 November 1967 as J-702 used by Grupo 7 and later by Grupo 8. After its operational days it spent some years outside at Los Cerillos MNAE before being gate guardian there. In the mid 00s it moved to the División de Abastecimiento (DdA) at El Bosque to take up gate guardian duties there.

In 1997 T-37B was preserved outside with the serial it used before being withdrawn. Currently, it resides inside the Sala de Reactores (jet hangar) as 'J-371' commemorating the serial it had when it was taken up by the FACh.
