This 1991-vintage 'Classic' suffered an engine disintegration at Santo Domingo on 20.4.08 and was wfu there, but was later ferried back to Havana. It was then displayed for a while near T3 at HAV in a small collection of airliners but appears to have been scrapped by 2012

Delivered to Cubana December 1968 and wfu by 1999; was due for conversion to restaurant but probably since b/u. It was a bit tricky negotiating access to this remote apron, near to where the new terminal has since been built, but well worth it - two IL-18s, IL-14, DC-3, Yak-40...

Registered to the Aeroflot Latvian directorate in 4.72 and to Cuba 4.85; seen here after repaint in the revised livery. In 3.87 she was involved in an abortive hijacking when a passenger demanded to be taken to Miami. Sadly worse was to come on 11.7.97 when the Antonov was climbing through 500ft out of Santiago for Havana, rolled left and crashed into the sea with the loss of all 44 on board

The former TU-TAN of Air Afrique was acquired by AOM in 2.95 and chartered by Cubana for Transatlantic service as well as serving lease periods with Malaysian and Garuda. Flown to Opa-locka in 1.05 to undergo a slow dismantling process; now scrapped
