Operated by Air Grischa from March 1982 until August 2004, then by Air Zermatt until it was destroyed in a landing accident on 5 June 2010 when the main rotor collided with the Monte Rosa Hut (as a result, the helicopter was thrown to the left and came to a halt lying on its left side.
