Ex X7521, reported as sold to as scrap to Short Brothers at Rochester in April 1949 and subsequently registered as G-ALOV. Sold to Societe Transports Aeriens du Gabon in March 1954. Destroyed by fire while starting its engines at Ekouata, French Equatorial Africa, 16th March 1955.

One of 34 single seat Venoms built by Fairey Aviation at Manchester (Ringway) Airport. First flew 10 February 1954. Served 145 Squadron RAF at Celle in West Germany in the ground attack role.

A common sight in the early 1950s - an ex-RAF Tiger Moth under overhaul for civil use, with crudely daubed registration. However, this one did not take to the air and languished for many years at Southport and elsewhere. Only in 2010 was it being restored for static display.
