Delivered to All Nippon Airways as JA8316 in 1966. To Air Panama as HP-620 in 1973 then to IASCO as N500JJ in 1978. To International Air Leases as N55AJ then back to Air Panama as HP-620 in 1979. To Jet Air as D-AJAA, leased to Sobelair as OO-JAA then back to D-AJAA in 1984. To Havelet Leasing as G-BMUE then to Challenge Air International as N55AJ in 1986. To Torosair as TC-AJU in 1988. Stored at Istanbul in 1989. To International Airline Support Group as N3211M in 1991, Used as a ground trainer at Oklahoma City from 1992. Scrapped in 2010.
