Delivered to Allegheny Airlines as N751VJ in 1970. To Braniff Airways as N405BN in 1971 then to Northwest Orient Airlines as N207US in 1983 who were renamed to Northwest Airlines in 1986. To Pan Am as N384PA in 1988, Zuliana Air as YV-462C in 1991 and Islena as HK-3872X in 1994. Seized by the Colombian Government in 1994. To SATENA as FAC 1147 in 1996 then to the Colombian Air Force as FAC 1247 in 2001. Withdrawn from use at Bogota in 2003 and used as a ground trainer. Still there in 2020.
