Delivered to Sabena as OO-STC in 1967. To Hapag-Lloyd as D-AHLO in 1974 then to Eagle Aviation as N577JB in 1981 and Golden Nugget Aviation in 1983. Reregistered as N711GN then to Jet East in 1984. Converted to a freighter in 1985. To DHL Worldwide Courier in 1987. Reregistered as N712DH in 1990, Stored at Kingman, AZ in 2002. To Hewa Bora Airways as 9Q-CHK in 2005.
