Built for British Eagle as G-ATZC in 1967 but not delivered. To Airlift International as N737AL in 1967, Transavia as PH-TRW in 1970 then to Caledonian Airways as G-ATZC in 1970 who were renamed to Caledonian/BUA in 1970 then British Caledonian in 1971. To Worldways as C-GFLG in 1981 then to Transbrasil as PT-TCP in 1986 and to Aerobrasil in 1991. Damaged beyond repair on takeoff from Manaus in 1992.
