The aircraft was delivered to South Vietnam and could be found on display with the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam since at least 1997. The sign reads: "AD-6 is a single seat attack aircraft produced by the Douglas Aircraft Company (USA). In 1966, the US imperialists aided the puppet Lao military with this type of aircraft for bombing provinces of Upper Laos, particularly during the Plain of Jars Operation in Xieng Khouang province from 1971 to 1972".

A former Royal Lao Air Force (RLAF) T-41B can be found with the Lao People's Army Historical Museum as part of its war collection. The sign reads: "This L20 aircraft was used by Vientiane puppet soldiers in the ruling age of "Royaume de Laos" in 1959. They then were ordered to used the aircraft to throw leaflets and propagate the 2 Battalion of Pathet Lao troops, that escaped from the Plain of Jars in 1959, to return to surrender them, but failed to succeed." Note the fiscal year of this T-41B is 1967, it was delivered to the RLAF in 1972.

In 1984, it was used by 702 brigade to patrol the border area in the Paklay district, where a conflict broke out with Thailand. In 1985, the aircraft participated in the 10th anniversary parade of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. In 1987, it was used to patrol the Botene district to patrol the area of Nabonoi. The type was retired from Lao service around 2000.
