This AD-5 (A-1E) Skyraider with serial 132428 in fake US Air Force colours is a recent addition to this excellent museum in Vientiane, Laos. The aircraft was delivered to South Vietnam. The sign reads: "A two-seat attack bomber manufactured by the Douglas Aircraft Company (USA) by the U.S. Naval Aviation and the Air Force of the Saigon puppet military to bomb the Ho Chi Minh Trail in Laos from 1965 to 1968."
