Registered to Lamberts Trust Ltd but operated by the Onassis Shipping Line for shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis. Became HB-LAV in August 1959 and SX-BDB in October 1960. Withdrawn and stored at Athens during 1972, cancelled from the Greek register in December 1977 and scrapped.

Aircraft took part in London to Paris race. Photo probably taken at the Thames in Barking from where it flew to the Seine in Paris. Ex G-APNY which was operated by Onassis Shipping Line and flew to Croydon from the yacht of Aristotle Onassis in 1958. Registered HB-LAV just before the race. To SX-BDB in 1960 which was nominally in the fleet of Onassis' Olympic Aviation, but it and SX-BDC (c/n 246) were used privately by Onassis.
