Delta Airlines operated the second largest Convair 880 fleet and flew the types first commercial service on May 15, 1960. Former N8809E was withdrawn in 1973 with the rest of Delta's 880s due to the rising price of fuel. Elvis Presley bought the airliner and converted it into his personal transport in 1975. After the singer's death in 1977, it had several owners before stored at Ft Lauderdale, FL. The aircraft was flown to Memphis, TN in 1984 for display at Elvis Presley's home Graceland, TN.

Taxiing to 28L for an early morning departure, this 880 is nearly at the end of service with Delta.

"Lisa Marie" was just a working girl when she brought Elvis Presley to Cincinnati for a concert. Carries the logo of Elvis Presley's TCB Band on the tail. TCB stands for Taking Care of Business, which was Elvis Presley's motto. The TCB Band was Presley's backing band, which he formed in 1969. The logo was also used on all Elvis Presley merchandising.

Parked in the freight area awaiting replacement of the number two engine. Became Elvis Presley's "Lisa Marie", N880EP, and is now at the Graceland Museum in Memphis.

Elvis Presley bought "Lisa Marie" as his personal transport in 4.75 after a career with Delta as N8809E for $250,000, rising to $600,000 after refurbishment. Displayed at The King's Graceland home in Memphis since 1984, with the logo of Elvis Presley's TCB Band (Taking Care of Business) on the tail.
