First registered in 1960 ex N6901P and here with an owner from Wolverhampton since January 1961. On 8 August 1964, under different ownership, it was destroyed on take-off from Cork, Eire when the engine lost power due to an over-rich mixture and an attempt was made to turn back to the runway.
