Delivered to the USAAF in May-1945 as C-47B 44-76888, it went the same month to the RAF as Dakota Mk.IV KN586. In Jul-1953 it went back to the USAF with MAAG Air Force Europe and was converted to C-47D. In Mar-1954 it went to the Yugoslav Air Force as 7323. In 1968 it was reserialled 71214. It was converted to a photomapping aircraft with a camera holder and associated equipment in the cargo area. In Sep-1976 it flew to Belgrade for hand-over to the Muzej Vazduhoplovstva Beograd.
