Walrus K8341 / 780 was carried by the cruiser HMS Exeter in the Pacific, together with K8343 / 769. Both aircraft visited the airshow at Vancouver in 1937 and this photo was most probably taken there. The badge on the tailfin, a lion on waves, is Exeter's. K8341 may have become a victim of the German pocket battleship Graf Spee when her gunfire struck Exeter off the Rio de la Plata on 13 December 1939. Photo from: San Diego Air & Space Museum
