Registered 31 October 1968. Pictured while on loan to Southend-based Rochford Hundred Flying Group, whose Auster Autocar G-AMFP had crashed on 10 August 1972. G-AWSR was delivered to Southend from Redhill on 9 December 1972 and returned there 24 April 1973. It was subsequently destroyed while flying from Holbeach to Plymouth on 18 July 1973, when it suffered fuel starvation and, with the engine stopped, the pilot attempted a forced landing on Scoriton Hill, near Buckfastleigh, Devon. The aircraft stalled from about 40ft and broke up on impact, both occupants suffering only minor injuries.

Temporarily loaned from Rollasons/Tiger Club to the Rochford Hundred Flying Group to tide them over following the loss of Auster J/5B G-AMFP in August 1972 until they acquired Terrier 2 G-ASAK in May 1973. Unfortunately G-AWSR subsequently crashed at Holne, Devon on 18th August 1973.
