From what I understand, the owner of this aircraft purchased it intending for it to be an AirBNB in the Smoky Mountains, but found out it wouldn't fit up the roads, so they left it at this small gas station outside of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Address is 2650 Upper Middle Creek Road if you'd like to visit yourself.

Later became N102Z with the USDA, then N436NA with the NASA.
