This 1978 built airframe was initially registered N8296Q before becoming part of the 7th Day Adventist Church's aviation program (SDA Aviation) in Indonesia on 27 October 1980. It served the people of Papua till 2010, when it was exported to Australia and registered VH-OZA (3.). SDA Aviation then replaced it by a new Quest (now Daher) Kodiak 100, which also got registered PK-SDF. On April 9, 2014, the Kodiak crashed during take-off from SDA's homebase airstrip Doyo Baru located some 8 miles west of Sentani. Unfortunately, two of the five people on board including the pilot perished.

This Skywagon was manufactured in 1978 and became N8296Q on 14 August that year. In 1980 it was exported to Indonesia, becoming PK-SDF. In 2010 it came to Australia and was re-registered VH-OZA(3) on 1 July. In use as a jump-ship, it opened the 2019 Tocumwal Airshow with a giant Australian flag under a parachutist.
