Ex USAAF 44-78715. To N1671M in 1948, N67985 in 1950, B-920 in 1963 and back to N67985 in 1964. To the Colombian Air Force as FAC 931 in 1982 then to Dainco as HK-3079-X in 1984. To Trans Oriente as HK-3079 in March 1994 and then Programa Coinco as HK-3079G in July 1994. Crashed into a hillside near Villavicencio after a flight from Mitu in May 1995.

Reportedly owned by Omni Transport Inc when photo taken. It ended up flying for several operators in Colombia until it was destroyed as HK-3079G when it hit a hill during the approach phase into Villavicencio (Columbia) 9 May 95 in poor weather.
