Ready for the move back to Kbely and repaint as Czechoslovak Air Force D-21

Previously N143JD with Rhoades International and several other operators before that, It arrived at Prague (PRG) in Jun 1991 as N143J. It was painted OK-XDM in the CSA livery of the time the airline operated DC-3s. The registration N143J wasn't cancelled from the US register until 3 Oct 2012. The original OK-XDM was a C-47A (c/n 19539), which is preserved at Merville, France, painted as 43-15073 USAAF.

Delivered to Panagra as NC18119 in 1937. Reregistered as N18119 after 1948. To other operators after 1952. Reregistered as N403D in 1959 and N143JR in 1987. To the museum in 1991 and stored. Restored and moved to Prague-Ruzyne airport marked as OK-XDM in 2003. Back to Kbely in 2019 and repainted as Czechoslovak Air Force D-21.

To Rhoades International in 1987. In 1991 it was registered N147J and delivered to the Prague Kbelly Museum, where it was painted in CSA livery as OK-XDM. Later placed on display outside the CSA offices at Prague Airport.

This plane was originally constructed as a DC-3 and delivered to Pan American World Airways in October 1937 as NC18119. It is perhaps more familar as the C-47 that sat on the the grass at Prague airport as the retro CSA aircraft OK-XDM. It is a new exhibit to the Kbely museum but in these fake markings.

Built in 1937 this DC-3 was stored at Kbely for many years. First in its original markings as N143J, later falsely marked as OK-XDM. From 2019 on it represents a Dakota of the Czechoslovak AF, marked 'D-21' of Leteckého Depravního Pluku (Air Transport Regiment). It was put on display in the new area of the Letecké muzeum
