This helicopter made its first flight on 18 July 1979 and was delivered a few weeks later, on 01 August 79 as Lynx AH1 to the Army Air Corps. In 1993 it was converted to AH7. Mid-2013 the Lynx was seen stored with Vector Aerospace Ltd at Fleetlands, and later on stored at Middle Wallop where it was stripped for spares.
