This L-410 was originally delivered to Slov-Air in September 1971 but around June 1976 transferred to ČSA. After airline retirement it flew with the Slovácký (Slovak) Aeroklub before being preserved at the Letecké Muzeum Kunovice. It was transported to the Brno Technical Museum in May 2020 for refurbishment and repainting into its previous ČSA scheme, prior to joining the other outside exhibits. Note in later official documents the cn is given as 710005.

Registered to Slovair as OK-ADO in 1971. To CSA in 1976 then to Slovácký Aeroklub in 1982. Preserved at Letecké Muzeum Kunovice by 1994. Moved to Brno Technicke Muzeum in 2020.

This aircraft belongs to the Kunovice Air Museum collection, but it is seen here on loan to the Brno Technical Museum. The two museums entered a partnership in 2020. The Brno Technical Museum sent their MiG-21MF to Kunovice for restoration in exchange for the freshly restored L-410 Turbolet. After the MiG-21MF was restored, it was placed on display in the Kunovice collection.
