This L-410 was originally delivered to Slov-Air in September 1971 but around June 1976 transferred to ČSA. After airline retirement it flew with the Slovácký (Slovak) Aeroklub before being preserved at the Letecké Muzeum Kunovice. It was transported to the Brno Technical Museum in May 2020 for refurbishment and repainting into its previous ČSA scheme, prior to joining the other outside exhibits.
