Delivered to KLM as PH-TFM in 1952. Reregistered as PH-DFM in 1954. Sold as N7919C in 1959. To Overseas National Airways in 1960, Reeve Aleutian Airways in 1965 and Northern Air Cargo in 1978. To Everts Air Fuel in 2005 and used as a ground engine test aircraft.

Delivered to KLM Jun 52 as PH-TFM. Re-reg PH-DFM Mar 54. To the USA Jul 59 and flew with various owners until purchased by Northern Air Cargo Jun 78. Withdrawn from use early 2005 apparently due to a broken wing spar. Sold to Everts Air Fuel as a source of spares.

Everts took over many of Northern Air Cargo's / Northern Air Fuel's DC-6s when that company phased them out. Some became operational in the Everts fleet but most, like this N7919C, became spares parts suppliers for the rest of Everts' sizeable DC-6 fleet.
