Built as a 340-47 in 1953 for National Airlines as N8419H. Converted to 440 N5813 in 1966 and then to CV-580 in July 1966. Became C-GGWG in 1984 and converted to a freighter in 1987. Operated by DHL as OO-HUB and later EC-GSJ, before returning to the USA (registered as N590X, but registration not carried) in 2006.
