Built new in 1980 for British Caledonian as G-BHDI. Latterly converted to freighter and last served Arrow Cargo, being dismantled at Opa Locka.

Built in 1980 and last worked for Arrow Cargo until all four of their DC10 Freighters were retired to Opa-locka, there were only two there in January 2011 with the second one in poorer shape than this aircraft. (Canon 40D 30mm)

Note that the engines have been removed but the fact that the wheels are protected may suggest that the owners hope to sell, rather than scrap, this beautiful freighter. I hope so!
