Built for LACSA in 1957. Order cancelled. Delivered to Mohawk Airlines as N4402 in 1959. To Executive Airlines in 1971 then to Wright Airlines in 1972 and to Key Airlines as N28KA in 1976. Reregistered as N28KE in 1984. To Basler Flight Service in 1986 then to Salair in 1987 and reregistered as N357SA in 1988. To Omni Air Group in 1995 then to Agroar as CS-TML in 1997 and to Atlantic Air Transport in 2000. Reregistered as G-CONV in 2001. Stored at Coventry. Moved to Carluke, Scotland in 2006 for preservation.

Ex Key Airlines. To Salair Nov 87 as N357SA. To Portugal as CS-TML May 97, first with Agroar the ACEF Transportes. To Air Atlantique Jul 2001 as G-CONV. Had problems with certification and remained stored Coventry (UK) until dismantled and transported to a nursery (garden centre) at Carluke Scotland where it still was in 2018.
